Why is White on Black crime being compared to Black on Black crime, shouldn't it be compared to Black on White Crime?

    Yes it should.

    W on B is FAR less than B on W

    B ON B is out of control.

    No... crime should be looked at as inherently racist just because of the colour of two people's skin. Most "black on black" crime is actually "poor on poor" crime. You don't see "poor black on rich black" or "rich black on rich black" do you.
