What should I do?

I’ve been getting yeast infections a lot since being sexually active. This is the third one I’ve had this year already. It’s mild, and very itchy. When I open my vagina opening, it has a bunch of white clumps , so I know it is a yeast infection. Does anyone know any reason why someone would get them so often? And what to do? I shower twice daily, I clean myself before and after sex, I don’t douche or anything like that.  I’ve been using summers eve and dove as body wash.

It happens when we are sexually active. The friction can cause inflamation. Using lube can help, semen can cause irritation, condoms can do the same. Some women are just prone to it.
