What does autism do to your heart and brain?

I'm 16 and I was diagnosed with borderline mild autism at age 2.

It just means that your brain is wired a little differently than that of someone who is neurotypical or non-Autistic, that's all. Autism has no impact on the heart. This may cause you to think differently and to look at the world differently.

Next time you are at your doctors office ask them. And all your questions about autism and how it affect you.

It doesn't do anything TO your heart or brain. It is apparently a difference in how some people's brains work compared to so-called "neurotypical" people's brains, but it's just a name given to that difference -- it's not the CAUSE of any change to the brain.
