MacOS/Linux emulators for Windows 10?

Is there anyway to download these for windows 10? I need to familiarize myself with those two OS.

    For Linux, just download a Live image and create a bootable USB stick or bootable DVD from it. Reboot from the USB or DVD and you're in Linux itself.

    Mac OS is NOT Linux. That's why you can't run MAC Apps on Linux. Long Answer: It is based on UNIX, in that it conforms to POSIX Architecture Standards, just like Linux and BSD.

    You can do what opurt said, or you can set up a virtual machine environment where you can install multiple operating systems that run on top of your host OS. VirtualBox by Oracle is a pretty good and free virtual machine platform.

    Note that getting macOS installed on a non-Apple computer is against Apple's terms of service and isn't particularly easy to setup. This is known as a "hackintosh". Depending on your hardware, technical skill set, and desire, you may be ripping your hair out trying to get it to install.
