How to tighten up stomach.?
I've lost a little over 100 pounds. I was 277, now I'm 176 currently. I still have a good bit of stomach fat. What's the best way to lose it?

Abs are made in the kitchen. The way to lose fat over your abs is to eat clean (avoid processed foods). Cardio exercise also helps boost fat burn.
You can also work to tighten your ab muscles, so when the fat is no longer covering them, they will be tight and possibly have definition. Go to YouTube or do a search online for ab/core workouts. Moves like planks, crunches, reverse crunches, standing crunches, and more will work the various muscles that make up your midsection, helping them to become more tight and defined.
