Losing weight and my butt?
I went from 160 to 150 in the last 2 months but people have been commenting that I have no butt which actually hurts because I’ve always had a naturally nice butt (People would tell me even though I was only 16) so lately I’ve been insecure. I stopped eating bacon and pork the last two years and I’m starting to wonder if that caused it. So I’ve been drinking a lot of protein shakes. I’m 5’5 and 19 just starting my workout journey. Please some help? I’ve even considered eating beef again.

Do exercises that focus on your butt/glutes to add some muscle and 'lift' back there.
