Do you believe in the effectiveness of cupping therapy?

Cupping works, I've had it done many times with successful results alongside gua sha for painful issues that our family doctor would tell me to pop a Tylenol for and wait it out

-- Yes, I have had several Chinese medicine treatments including :"cupping", acupuncture, herbal medicine and also rubbing the skin with a scrapper so blood raises to the skin surface (and later leaving a bruise).
-- With acupuncture, it is 75-80% the treatment, and 20-25% belief in the acupuncture that makes it work.
-- FYI -- I am a white Anglo-Saxon Australian who has lived and worked in Asia.

No. It uses a physiological model that does not agree with our present knowledge of how the body works.
