I just had a sharp pain to the very left side of my body when I took a big breath or air?

I just took a huge breath of air while lying down sideways, the pain wasn’t very bad and only lasted for a split second. When I tried to breathe deeply afterwards there was no pain whatsoever. This is the first ever time it’s happened and I’m super paranoid about it. What do I do?

Update:

Also I’m pretty young so I have never smoked or anything like that. That’s quite a while away for me

Aches and pains are a part of life. You're fine so stop worrying.
