Perhaps it was an 'accident'.  But an accident caused by a wonton, callous, disregard for life by a badly trained, poorly managed police force with immunity to play cops and robbers with deadly force and no accountability.  If one looks at these events from a 'who is responsible' for an innocent death, it is those police officers who could not only foresee very bad outcomes for their actions, actually prepared for them, and none of their actions were necessary, advisable or reasonable given the information they thought they had (that was 100% wrong) about the crimes they were supposedly protecting the public from.  This is institutional crime by what is in effect, a criminal enterprise acting with impunity.  So to suggest that this outcome is not a crime because it was the police, is like saying the the street drug dealer is not liable for his crimes because he's employed by the kingpin.

protestors think that the officers involved in the shooting death of Bryonna Taylor should be charged for murder because they choose to believe there is such a thing  as justice.

    foolish children.

police carry 'the color of law' and are immune from justice,

they are protected by the law.

    politicians make the laws.

police are to protect the politicians not the unwashed masses.

Killing someone accidentally is also a criminal charge, manslaughter in most jurisdictions.  But the three cops among them fired over thirty shots, which makes "accidental" dubious.  One shot can be an accident, not dozens.

They always assume I was police brutality and ignore the part played by the ‘victim’ or their criminal associates.

The race card is always played, the truth is not convenient, goes against the anti white/anti police anarchist agenda.

Oh ok. So you go to a hospital to visit your baby who is about to receive a transplanted Heart in 1 hr. .

The Heart Surgeon and his team meticulously(?) prepared for the procedure but the baby dies on the operating table... Oops, they put in the wrong heart, the heart of a healthy 40 year old man who died in a car crash. Ask yourself what is wrong with this scenario. Who failed to pay attention when it's obvious that this is an adult heart? A total of 8 Experienced Doctors, Nurses, technicians were assisting. .. After 6 months of investigation..4 were addicted to Opioids, 2 were alcoholics and the other 2 partied all night together the night before the surgery. Even though they were given leave.. none will lose their licenses and are now free to operate on your other child with a bad heart. It was just a mistake, not intentional and not murder. The only charge was negligence because the recipient of the adult heart died too.

You've never heard of negligent homicide?  It's a felony.

I would bet a dollar or two that many of the protestors don't actually know what they are protesting.  They may know the name but they don't know the actual details of the case.  Like most protesters this summer

Many are simply ignorant, raised in the false belief that their color oppresses them and makes them victims. The others are paid rioters funded by Action for America and ACORN in their attempt to undermine America and our democracy.

The officers were shot at - actually, shot Into - first. That was after they knocked and announced themselves beforehand. Taylor's idiot boyfriend is responsible for her death, and should be billed for each round the cops expended.

The Grand Jury investigated. There is nothing to charge. Like the AG from Kentucky said, there are outside and foreign influences trying to create chaos.

Let's not forget: Taylor had connections to local drug and crime syndicates. She was no innocent.
