Don't you find it strange that Joe Biden doesn't even believe in his own rule, which he stated on the floor of the US Senate in 1992?

The Biden Rule states: No vote should be held on a SCOTUS nominee in a presidential election year if the president's party and the party of the Senate majority are different.

Read "the Biden rule" here for yourself and see how it is different for this period until November 3rd:  https://www.politifact.com/article/2020/sep/21/con...

Also it is different as to which parties or party is controlling which part of government.

No such thing as the Biden rule.  Maybe we should start calling this the McConnell rule,

February 13, 2016: “The American people should have a voice in the selection of their next Supreme Court Justice, therefore, this vacancy should not be filled until we have a new president.” Seems McConnell forgot his own rule.
