Both the motion of the Earth around the Sun and the motion of the Sun can be detected as Doppler shifts in the Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation.

We don't feel it moving because we are moving with it. We only feel movement if there is a change to the speed or direction of that motion. Its like when you are on a train, you only feel it moving if it speeds up or slows down or goes around a curve or hits a rough part of the track.

The Earth doesn't speed up or slow down or change direction or hit a rough part of space.

The gubberment has numbed us with chemtrails, cell phone radiation, vaccines, 5G,and fluoridated water so we don't notice it.

    Otherwise people would panic.

The Earth is what's called a Closed System.  Look it up.
