Most countries in Europe allow prostitution itself but not most forms of procuring ,such as operating brothels, facilitating the prostitution of another, deriving financial gain from the prostitution of another, soliciting/loitering is not allowed. The degree of enforcement of the anti-prostitution laws varies by country, by region, and by city. In many places, there is a big discrepancy between the laws which exist on the books and what happens in practice.

In eight European countries (Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, Turkey, Hungary, and Latvia), prostitution is legal and regulated.

Why is Nevada so weird? Why do they allow prostitution in some counties, but not others, when the rest of the US outlaws it? It allows it to be REGULATED. The prostitutes have to be clean(they are tested), and theatrically it should lessen human sexual trafficking(by promoting a legal option most people will likely go to the clean and legal option instead, yes some are going to want underage and some adult females would be used either in legal brothels or as a cheaper option, but it should at least cut down the amount of women used).
