How to feel like eating breakfast every morning?

    If you are not use to eating breakfast, startout with something small and increase the amount over a period of time.  Train your body to having a good meal in the morning. You will find that you will have more energy for the whole day and also less likely to snack and overeat during lunch and dinner.

    Also, don't eat too close to bedtime - not within 2 hours of going to bed.

    If you feel yourself getting hungry before bedtime, try drinking a glass of water first, or only snacking on something small.

    I am usually asleep for breakfast.. I wake up at noon
