    Biden was picked to be the electable persona. Harris was picked to implement the DNC's hardball policies as soon as Biden resigns.

    Because it’s really the Kampala/Biden ticket because she did not do as well as they wanted her too. They have Biden because he is a blank piece of paper. That’s why they chose him.

    harris was picked because of her ethnicity and gender.

    when biden still looked for a VP (for months) he was urged to pick a female woman of color.   so he did.

    I think that she is a good candidate.  Not just because she is a dark skinned woman, but because she is an accomplished lawyer, judge and politician who is smart and understands how things work.  I believe that a VP should not just be a "yes man" to the president, but somebody different who can give a different viewpoint, not the same one.
