Sometimes, someone showing a picture of someone else is OK when the photo owner still keeps that photo, right?

    You really have reached the level of incomprehensibility in that question. Your earlier questions, though strange, have at least had a degree of logic.

    Showing a photo is always okay unless the content of the image shows illegal activity, violates someone's privacy or you have the intent to harm someone.  Other than that, it's always okay to show a photo to someone else.

    Are you going to show a picture of someone caught in an embarrassing moment?

    Are you going to show porn pictures,  particularly of a child or a friend naked?  Does the friend know that you caught him or her in a nude or a sexually private moment?

    Are you going to alter a picture so that it shows a lie?

    Those are not OK and you know it. You ruin the subject's good reputation and poop is better than you.

    The only embarrassing picture that is OK is of a person committing a crime. That one you show to the police.
