    Due to the matrix  size.

    It only makes sense if  m is scalar constant

    so H is 3 X 1 matrix

    if m  X H is also a 3 X 1 matrix

    then, m is either a scalar constant or a 3 X 3  matrix

    The first equation could not be true if m is a 3 X 3 matrix

    so "m" must be a scalar constant .

    let A = [   -1  2  2nd row 4 8]

    then the 1st equation becomes

    5A = (2/5)mA

    mutliple both sides by A^(-1) on the right

    5I  = (2/5)mI

    m = 25/2

    H + [ 4 6 -8 ] = [ 2 9 -9 ]

    H= [ 2 9 -9 ] - [ 4 6 -8] = [-2 3 -1]

    m X H = (25/2) [ -2 3 -1 ] =  [ -25 (75/2)  (-25/2) ]
