Can a Child OutGrow Autism and Slight Autism? If so what age?

"Outgrow" is not the right word. Neither is "cure".
However, I have seen some clients who started out with autism that significantly affected their lives, but after years and years of intense therapy, they no longer displayed enough symptoms of autism for an autism diagnosis. Those clients were anywhere from age 8-17 when the loss of diagnosis happened.

No. No one can outgrow autism.

No. Autism is permanent, once the symptoms appear. There is no 'cure" for it, because it's NOT an illness. People with Autism aren't "sick", and they aren't "broken". They don't NEED to be "fixed".
