There have been several questions on that subject in the past few hours. And answers might depend on what sort of English-speaker you are (American, Canadian, British, Australian, etc).

I am British, living for most of my life in southern England. I am persuaded that "Lean Biden" means 'leaning towards Biden (but slightly undecided at the moment)"

I do wish that people writing the questions for public opinion polls would write the questions in a way that most people could understand! They would get more meaningful statistics that way.
