What is Joe Biden's plan to stop the virus?

Why do democrats think mask mandatory would help when the cases are still rising in New York? don't they understand that americans love their freedom? blaming the current president for the way he has handled the virus doesn't make any sense.

Biden's 'plan' is very similar to Trump's plan, except Biden would crush the economy with widespread lock downs.

Biden says the peaceful protests, Covid,  and worlds's woes will all go away when he is elected.

They don't think it; they know it, because the numbers are rising much slower in New York than in red states.  Americans may love freedom, but they don't love death.  Who should we blame for the way that the President has handled it?
