Left-handers, what do you find to be the biggest struggle of having your hand preference in a predominantly right-handed world?

Although I, like most people, am right-handed, I have always found the concept of "handedness" interesting. And I have wondered what it would be like to be a lefty in a world that pretty much revolves around the right hand. What would you say is the biggest struggle? From the infamous ink smear/silver surfer syndrome, to scissors, to attached desks? Or what else?

    Using scissors (aledgidly).
