What do you think of California's prop. 16 to bring back affirmative action? Is it racist to judge one on one's skin color?

Absolutely it’s like quota hires. Makes no sense to hire someone based off of their sex, gender, sexual orientation, religious views, race, creed, and all of this other identity politics bullshit. You hire someone because of how good they are not because of something they can’t even control.

It is an act of racism against Asians, who perform better than other groups.  Affirmative Action tends to cap Asian entry into better schools, despite better academic credentials.

Additionally, Affirmative Action also results in worse outcomes for the people it purports to help.  When students go to schools where they are mismatched academically, there is a higher probability they will drop out or not finish their education.  This is true for students of any color, btw.

Affirmative Action is probably one of the most racially discriminatory and damaging policies since the Democrats' Segregation and Jim Crow laws.
