Can working out still make you dehydrated if you can't sweat?


I have anhidrosis and I still get dehydrated for some reason even though I drink 10 - 12 cups of water a day and cant break a sweat if my life depended on it

    Your body loses fluid through sweating, respiration, and elimination (urine/stool). So yes, even if you don't sweat when you workout, you probably breathe heavy, so lose some fluid that way. Using the toilet contributes to fluid loss as well.

    Yes, just not nearly as fast.
