    Resultant R = √60^2+(100-20)^2 = 20√3^2+4^2 = 20*5 = 100 km

    angle = 90+arctan (80/60 ) = 90+53,1 = 143.1 = (53.1 WoN)

    Consider North and East as positive, while South and West as negative

    magnitude of components in North-South direction = 60

    magnitude of components in East-West direction = -100 + 20 = -80

    resultant magnitude =  √(60² + (-80)²) = 100 km

    for angle, tanθ = 60/-80

    θ = West 37 North

    Answer : 100 km [W37N]
