Floating control panel in Youtube, how to get rid of it?

Where did this floating control panel in youtube come from and how do I get rid of it? It's really annoying.

It appears in two different browsers.

Update:

adam, that's what I thought but I can't find one and it happens with both Firefox and Edge so I thought maybe I had activated something on Youtube.

there must be a plug-in or extension installed in the browser. You need to uninstall it.
