If someone no longer feels Holy Spirit conviction, does that mean that the Holy Spirit has left them?
How would a person know if the Holy Spirit left them?

Dedicating our lives to God is not based on feelings, any more than a marriage is. All humans go through difficult times in their lives and in their marriages. It is faithfulness through the difficult times that has the most merit. Anyone can remain faithful when things are going great.

THE ONLY WAY GOD(THE HOLY SPIRIT) WILL LEAVE A HUMAN SOUL IS IF THEY ARE IN THE STATE OF MORTAL DEADLY SINS AND WILL NOT CONFESS THEM. BY YOUR FREE WILL YOU COMMIT THIS TYPE OF SINS AND BY THE SAME FREE WILL YOU MUST SEEK REPENTANCE ASAP.
SO IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE STATE OF MORTAL SIN, THEN YOU CAN BE ASSURED GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU, HE DOES NOT REALLY LEAVE YOU, YOU LEAVE HIM BY GRAVE SINS.
MORTAL SINS IS THE ONLY THING THAT CAN SEPARATE GOD FROM US. NATURALLY THE HOLY SPIRIT WILL NOT JOIN WITH A SOUL IN MORTAL SIN, THATS WHY IF YOU DIE IN MORTAL SINS WITHOUT SEEKING FORGIVENESS, YOU GO STRAIGHT TO HELL.
YOU WILL STILL GET URGING TO TURN BACK TO GOD, BECAUSE HE LOVES YOU, BUT GOD WILL NOT FORCE HIS WILL ON OUR FREE WILL.
IT IS COMPLETELY UP TO YOU!!!

theres no such thing as holy spirit in reality

Not necessarily. Our lives shall never be one constant spiritual high, no matter how correct our beliefs.
I think if the Holy Ghost were withdrawn completely, we would feel benighted, discouraged, and at a loss.

Has your religion not given you, and taught you nothing about true spirituality?
It is not a question of presumed conviction, it is a question of no longer feeling, the Spirit of God within oneself, as a guide!
The Holy Spirit is not received by conviction, it is received after a period of time, with prayer to God! Prayer must be done every day, it is God Himself who manifests His Holy Spirit towards that believer.
The believer will feel the Spirit of God in his life, it is something indescribable, personal, and he will be his guide on everything he does on the path of faith. It is obvious that if that believer renounces with time to no longer pray to God, and to do things that God does not like, the Spirit of God will withdraw on that believer.I believe that my Bible lesson has given you a just truth!

You never had any 'Holy Spirit'. Whatever good you felt or did was YOU, not some magic ghost. To get back to feeling good, that's up to you. Don't sit around waiting for invisible magic.

If you haven't denied Jesus, then the Holy Spirit is just silent at the moment. Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to make Himself known to you and show His guiding hand. You receive not, because you ask not. Ask and it shall be given to you. Today is October 25th and we need to pray for our nation and we need to stand against this China Virus.

Not to worry. If Jesus wanted to leave you he would have notified you of his intention prior to his exit.Source(s): Bless you, my child.

Not necessarily, it could just mean that they're beginning to realize that there is no Holy Spirit and that there never was one to begin with.

No, it means that you may be going through the "Dark night of the soul" to bring you closer to God.
