I heard stress creates holes in your brain - what is the solution?

I read meditation can remove the holes but that sounds too good to be true

    It's kind of accurate.   It certainly creates holes in your memory and cognitive abilities.   

    The only way to deal with it is to prevent and manage it.

    Meditation is but ONE way of coping with stress. 

    Eating only whole foods is a better one, by far as it eliminates addiction.
