Should the remedy of impeachment and removal be a judicial remedy decided by the scotus?

Ok specifically removal.

If the house and senate must both vote to impeach. (Bring charges)

Shouldn’t a non political impartial body free of the political process determine guilt?

Ie- removal should be decided by   The United States Supreme Court?

Rather than be a political sham?

No the judicial is not political, but that’s what the Dems want. So vote republican unless you want another useless political arm. Congress needs to do the job they legislated to do, but they want to pass the buck, if we make the judicial political let’s get rid of congress no need for them and the senate as well and the thousands of beaucrats that work for them we could pay off the national debt.

It didn't take you long to turn back into "the party of law and order", did it?

For that you'd need a judicial selection process that couldn't be politicised and a populous that would find that acceptable.

Would you accept a supreme court that had the defacto powers of a Monarch?

The Supreme Court is not political?  No, the Federalist Society made sure it is.
