Rule of thumb: if you increase vasodilation, you decrease resistance to flow (because you've increased total surface area), and pressure decreases. Decrease mean arterial pressure and the glomerular capillaries are going to see a lower pressure--> that means lower capillary hydrostatic pressure, and lower glomerular filtration rate and thus lower urine output.
