What Spanish speaking countries/regions pronounce the Spanish LL as English Sh sound?
I know they do in Argentina and parts of Mexico but what other countries/regions if any?

I've never heard that from Mexicans, but I concede that it could happen. And then there are the Cubans who pronounce y/ll like j: "jo" = yo, "jamar" = llamar.
And the Spaniards who said ll as "ly"
Just regional differences.

Do they talk like that in some parts of Mexico?
I'm south American ... what you describe also occurs in Uruguay and if I'm not mistaken some Paraguayans speak like that as well.. I have heard that those people speak like that because they are descendent of Italians however I have heard Italians speaking Spanish and they don't pronounce the Spanish LL as sh.
