Is 6pm or 7pm too late to workout? I go to sleep at half past 10 ?

It doesn't matter what time you workout. ANY time is better than not doing it at all. Working out often gives people energy though, so you may find that it's harder to go to sleep at your usual time, if you choose to workout in the evening (not long before bedtime). You'll have to do it and see how you feel.
