Is this normal or is something wrong with my eyes? ?

If you focus your vision on "nothing", as if the air was a physical object you were looking at, you can see this subtle, translucent rippling thing everywhere. Am I hallucinating? What is this?

    It's called "Blue Field Entoptic Phenomenon" also known as " Scheerer's phenomenon" after the scientist who explained the cause. The ripples are white blood cells moving in the capillaries in front of the retina of the eye
