I think a white tip spider bit me?

Question

So I just got out of the shower, and felt the lightest of all light, stings. Then found this mofo crawling all over my hand & arm. I, of course, started screaming. So I’m a bit confused. Do spider bites normally hurt, or is it the lightest sting? This was non painful, so is it possible that it tried to have a go at me but couldn’t penetrate? What happens next? I feel fine so far, just spooked.
