In Pokemon Firered Omega, where do I find good held items?

I'm looking for a twisted spoon, magnet, silk scarf, and charcoal. These are held items that all boost a certain type of move. I caught a shuppet in the Pokemon tower that actually held the spell tag. Bulbapedia says abra and kadabra have a 5% chance of holding a twisted spoon. I wonder if the held items are the same as in the vanilla Generation 3 games.

To clarify the last point, I wonder if the Pokemon that hold a certain item in regular Firered also hold the same items and have the same chances of holding them in Firered Omega, a difficulty hack made by Drayano60.
