Can I do doordash with temporary license?

Tomorrow I take my road test this would be my first license and I plan to do doordash or any other delivery jobs, I wanted to know can I apply if I have a temporary license and will I be asked for proof of insurance? Because the insurance is not in my name

The car is insured - if you are on the policy as a regular driver then you are insured. The policy can be owned by anyone.
