the answer is D, because a somatic body cell has 23 pairs of chromosomes which equals 46 chromosomes overall. Plus the cell get one sex chromosome from each parent.

"one pair of sex chromosomes" is normally understood to be either XX or XY, and so this statement is true. Both a and b are true, again with the understanding that XX and XY constitute a pair.
So, "d.ALL of the choices (a-c) are correct" is the correct answer.
