Never mind the man  in the White House.

'Donald' is the Anglicised form of a Scottish Gaelic name.  In it Gaelic form it is 'Domhnall'.

Its meaning is 'world ruler' or 'world wielder'.

Nicknames are 'Don', Donny', or ' Donnie'.

Your choice.  There is no way in hell I'd use it.

Maybe not at the moment if you voted for 'the' Donald.  Maybe Joe would be a good alternative!!

As long as it’s a boy.

Donald and Ronald are both bad, although Don and Ron aren't bad nicknames.

They will probably end up calling him Don, which is a cool friendly name I think.

It’s an alright name itself, but personally I would avoid it. People will easily make Trump/Donald Duck jokes.

I think Donald will die out. Sorta like the name Adolf
