Marijuana and coronavirus?

Question

Does anybody know how marijuana effects those with coronavirus? I read quite a few articles explaining how CBD and THC can help boost your immune system and fight off the coronavirus, but it could just be a bunch of BS as most things are. Does anybody have knowledge in this field?

Cannabis has been shown in studies (in Canada) to reduce inflammation which, is a major morbidity issue in advanced cases of Covid. Vitamin D deficiencies are the MAJOR cause of serious cases of Covid. Weed fights off infections, Vit D keeps Covid from hurting you too badly.
