I want to be calm during an argument, is this rational?

Like a Filipino woman. Filipina. Excuse me. When a fight erupts I want to be calm. And give silent treatment like a girl from the Philippines. Even though I'm white.

    Being calm and rational during an argument is about maturity, not race.
