Is it true that Federal Taxation (income tax) is unconstitutional?
Didn't Yale Law school say so in the 1980ies, or have I got this totally wrong?

Article 1, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution gives congress the right to "collect taxes"Source(s): U.S. Constitution
I have heard that as the sixteenth amendment wasn’t ratified by every state it isn’t valid.
I am pretty sure that laws are unconstitutional. 🤤

Wrong, the Sixteenth Amendment legalized taxation based on income.
