can anyone diagnose what’s wrong with my undereyes?
They’re really red and really hard to cover with make up. I am not sick, tired or hungover. They look like this every day and have since I can remember. Has anyone got any idea what could cure it and make them look normal or even have an idea on what may be up with them?

Stop using make up for while let see it would go away, there are chemical in make up that would caused such reaction on skin.
