Fish: Drowned?

Hey guys, it's JC. We own 70 fish in an aquarium. Today, one of them died and I wondered if drowning was the culprit. I fed them all two hours before, so its not that. And I don't know of any fish murderers in my town. Any ideas?

Update:

I JUST FOUND A PUBIC HAIR IN THE FISH TANK! Possible culprit?

It is possible for a fish to "drown", but I would be surprised if that happened. You would have to have  very low oxygen content in your tank.

What are your water parameters, fish type, and tank size? Most often fish die of illness's related to high ammonia levels.
