Recently having dreams with a dead family member?

Question

My stepfather recently died. However I am having recently dreams where he is driving me or I am on the beach with him.

I get irritated as I know it's not real I quickly recall it's a dream as I recall stepdad dying. (I prefer not k kwing I am dreaming. 

I have to pinch my leg or cough to wake up. It feels weird and I feel a little bit physically I'll seeing my dead stepfather in my dream.

It's normal to dream about somebody who passed away. It's part of the grieving process.
