During an experiment, you get the same results for two food samples. What are some tests/observations to differentiate the food samples?

This is an utterly meaningless questions. What kind of experiment was it? What results were they? What are you trying to differentiate? Hell - what type of FOOD?
I mean, I could say "use a visual comparison to tell the difference between the steamed carrots and the cheeseburger" and that would be a valid answer to your question, because it's so incredibly vague.

A screen of DNA to identify whether the two samples are both natural/ both GMO, one of each, etc
