It would depend if you a lab or in a normal environment.

It would depend on the type of paper.

In labs covid-19 lives hours, days, weeks on surfaces.

In our day to day life, it doesn't matter how long covid-19 lives on surfaces because inanimate object transmission isn't a viable form of transmission of the virus.

Anonymous is correct that workers have to continuously clean surfaces.  however, that dates from the beginning of the virus when we didn't know that surfaces are a poor conductor of transmission.  Not that it's actually helping eliminate the virus.

THEY "claim" 72 hours. Do "They" really know, Ask Biden's Science Force.

That is why restaurant workers don't want customers, Pick Up only.

In all business' the workers MUST wipe down any areas or items that have been touched or breathed on.
