    Good sausage always contains sage, something not generally found in the northeast portion of Americca.

    I know more than one; Byproducts; beef, turkey and pork, robust smoke nitrates.

    lean meat. good sausage is murdered in a blind.

    sage is not needed in my area, as it's eaten by the meat.

    added ingredients are fat and stupid.

    Real meat not this fake plant based meat that they have been trying to push for the past couple of years. I will eat plant based meat when they start making meat based vegetables. When I want meat I want the real stuff, when I want vegetables or fruit the same.

    actually 2 , flour and meat , sausages must contain these 2 ingredients . same as milk must be from an animal not a vegetable or fruit . eg so called soy milk ..
