Try to learn the method so you can do it next time

Multiply all the side lengths to get the volume

Volume is 4*5*10 = 200 cubic metres

The separate areas of A, B and C are

10*5 = 50 m^2, and

4*5 = 20 m^2 and

10*4 = 40 m^2

But if you wanted the total surface area it is

2 * (base area + front area + side area)

Total surface Area = 2 * (10*5 + 4*5 + 10*4) = 220 square metres
