Why do conservative boomers tell the younger generation to get a job when there are no good jobs out there in the middle of the pandemic ?

The typical Millennial cannot compete, and that is their problem. These are people who learned to compete. And they are getting employed because they are actually worth hiring.

I live in a NC city and drive down any street where there are businesses, you'll see dozens of help wanted /hiring signs everywhere. STARTING pay $11-15 an hour.

Well honestly you should be taking crummy jobs. Walmart, cashiers, fast food, restaurants, construction, warehouse, manufacturing plants, yard work, cleaning.
