Was it only South Dakota that refused to mandate mask law?

Update:

Is it because of their stance on religious freedom whether to believe in the COVID religion or not?

No there are several others. As of 7 days ago there are 15. And no surprise they are all republican states.

I bet it wasn't the only state. It's just a religious thing, it's a distrust thing. We live in the time of post-truth, where people believe what they want to believe. People have their own idea of what the objective truth is and they stick to it no matter what.

So, it is about religion but it's mostly a matter of distrust of anything that goes against what they believe in - distrust in the government, distrust in science, distrust in the Democrats, distrust in the WHO, etc.
