Do you expect Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett all to be removed from the Supreme Court after Biden is sworn in?
Especially after they ruled that Cuomo’s ban on church gatherings is unconstitutional. I think they all should be impeached.

No. Presidents can't remove Supreme Court Justices. Congress theoretically can, but it takes 2/3 of the Senate, which means that a lot of Republicans would have to vote for it, and it is supposed to be done only for crimes, not for wrong rulings.

No.
The only Justice to be impeached was Samuel Chase in 1805. He was acquitted by the Senate.

Get ready for a lot of crying from liberals. 6-3. Biden is the lamest of lame duck Presidents.

No; they’ll be hurting your feelings with that pesky constitution you hate for years and years to come.

No. I think they should gather in higher numbers. Let Darwin take care of the rest.

Yeah well, good luck with that. IF judges were removed every time their rulings were not 'liked' the Court would be a revolving door.
