Is this sentence grammatically correct?

She has been working for the company for five years now.

    Yes, and "has been working" is the correct tense to use.  Also we would usually contract "she has" to "she's".

    Sounds right. You could try, "She has worked for the company for five years.", or, "She has been working for the company for five years." Hope this helps.
